The governor. The one who exercise power over all things.

Effects:

One should accept Allah (swt) as the supreme planner and power and should be obedient to him.
The one who does it sincerely will be included among the righteous. The one who loves the being and virtues of Allah (swt) will excel in rank in the universe

Treatment:

In order to subdue any disobedient and to make him obedient ‘Ya-Waali’ should be recited 58 times keeping that person in mind.
