One should recite ‘Ya-Barru’ 213 times daily before sleeping, this will insha Allah relieve him of sins like drinking wine, committing adultry etc. The one who recites it and blows on himself will insha Allah be safeguarded from  difficulties and the love for this mundane and temporary world will vanish from his heart.
